The last time I reported spam (from fasthosts.co.uk) to abuse@fasthosts.co.uk I received the following brush-off:

We can accept legal documentation ONLY via fax on 01452 541633 or by recorded delivery to our registered company address. If fasthosts.co.uk does not accept abuse reports by email, then my users and I do not accept email from fasthosts.co.uk. If you don't like it, complain to fasthosts.co.uk or take your business to fasthosts.co.uk's more responsible competitors.
